Power input for VGA splitter

Hello,
i want to use power supply form PC CPU for the VGA splliter box using connection at USB port, is there any issue on the Hard ware especially on the mother board componets ie due to heat issue of drawing current for VGA splitter - can any one suggest me

Depending on what voltage / current the VGA splitter requires, this may or may not be possible. If it requires 5v or 12v DC, this would be relatively easy to simply make an adapter to use a drive power connector to power the splitter. SATA power connectors also prove 3.3v, but i've never seen a VGA splitter that runs on 3.3v. Most are 12VDC at 1 amp or less, so yes, it is likely possible. You need to check the power requirements of your splitter first.
