CPU and GPU changes
spitball91
I am changing my CPU and GPU and I just need to know details and how things are going to work together and whats the best choice in the end. Well for my CPU I already have my choice and I know it's going to work but I just need to make sure. I am going with this http://www.portatech.com/catalog/viewitem.asp?ID=71458&r=p and on this computer http://www.cowboom.com/product/859439 (I have already changed my PSU to a 550w). For the GPU I need to know which is better between http://www.portatech.com/catalog/viewitem.asp?id=71434&r=p and http://www.portatech.com/catalog/viewitem.asp?id=71435&r=p and if they will work with the CPU and with my PSU wattage. All answer are very appreciated

I can't confirm your CPU will work in that PC as I can't seem to find any details regarding the motherboard - they do both seem to be AM3 socket CPUs though so - 'probably; might need BIOS update'.
Between the GPUs the HD 6750 is the better card (by quite a way) but it's not exactly an awesome card. Expect low/medium settings on modern titles.

Well with that being said (I know the mobo supports the processor I had another post that covered that a while back and we figured out that it is compatible) if the 6750 is probably not the best option here would I be better sticking with the card I have (Radeon HD6450 1GB DDR3 sapphire edition) or try to go for another one with out going over my price of 95 dollars (Because I only have a 200 dollar budget so the processor takes a big part of that) so what does leave me with?
