Which of these CPU Coolers is the best?

Hi I have an i7-3770k, I would like to keep the processor temperature under 70 degrees Celsius at 100 % load, please recommend what my best options are from those coolermaster ones that won't block the RAM slots. Please Give my options in order 1,2,3 etc.

Try going with the tried and trusted Hyper 212 EVO

Ahh yes, thats what I had my eye on, What about the x6 elite, tpc 812 or the hyper 612? Price difference is not that much of an issue.

Yes, abekl, any idea what my max temperature will be under full load with the hyper 212 evo and arctic silver 5?

Depends on the specific processor model. In general though, temps should be in the high 50's to low 60's.
