Antec 450W enough for this system?

Is a 450W Antec PSU enough juice for this setup with mild to mod OC??

Yes, your prcoessor will only use 166.4W; the motherboard, cpu cooler, hdd and ram use next to no power - so yes it will work. You haven't mentioned the gpu so I don't know how much power that will draw. If you don't have a gpu, yes you will be able to overclock the cpu pretty easily considering your psu is an 80 certified plus or something to that effect.

Yeah sorry forgot about the GPU. Its a Radeon 6670 Crossfired with the A8-3870K
