Additional Comments: Pre-filled Watercooling, 16GB Memory @1600 or 1866 with 7 to 9 Cas Latency, Late Graphics Cards (Radeon HD 7000's Series/ GTX 600's Series), Case has a window.
 
My inclination is that your budget is much more than needed.

1) In 5-8 months, you may see new components launched. It is ok to start thinking about things, but premature to buy most parts. Monitor, case, and psu might be exceptions.

2) What processor have you pickked? Have you already bought it?

3) I have some reservations about the need for liquid cooling.

4) Are you talking about a single 2560 x 1440 monitor, or, are you talking about three of them for triple monitor gaming?

5) Is there a particular case that you lust after, or do you just want a case that works well?
