You could go with a cheaper Z68 board since you are going with sandy bridge, but you don't have too.

You want to get an aftermarket cooler if you plan on overclocking that i5. Get the Hyper 212 EVO, cheap and does a good job.

Also, that video card is pretty short, but you might want to look at some reviews on that case to make sure there will be no obstructions inside.
