How do I convert my 64 bit windows 7 in to 32 bit windows 7?

You have to reinstall windows with a 32 bit version.
You can use your 64 bit serial number on the 32 bit version.

yes to expand on mem commet. You cannot convert from one to the other you will have to start from scratch reinstall the Operating System. Although I would not recommend going back to a 32bit OS unless you reeally have to 64 bit is the way forward and allows you to use more than 4 gigs of ram.
