Clock interrupt not received on a secondary processor

Hey guys, Usually I am the one answering the questions, but today I'm going to have to ask one. My sister has been telling me her computer keeps randomly shutting down, and today she got a BSOD. The error was "Clock interrupt not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval." 0x00000101 ( 0x0000000000000031 0x0000000000000000 0xfffff88002f65180 0x0000000000000002) If anyone has any ideas why it was randomly shutting down and now why it is blue screening please let me know. A few days ago (while it was just crashing) I ran disk checks on all of her hard drives as well as memcheck on the memory and everything came back perfectly fine. Thanks for the help guys

Forgot to add she says the bios is taking 10-15 seconds longer to start up now than it was originally.
