Clock interrupt not received on a secondary processor

Hey guys, Usually I am the one answering the questions, but today I'm going to have to ask one. My sister has been telling me her computer keeps randomly shutting down, and today she got a BSOD. The error was "Clock interrupt not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval." 0x00000101 ( 0x0000000000000031 0x0000000000000000 0xfffff88002f65180 0x0000000000000002) If anyone has any ideas why it was randomly shutting down and now why it is blue screening please let me know. A few days ago (while it was just crashing) I ran disk checks on all of her hard drives as well as memcheck on the memory and everything came back perfectly fine. Thanks for the help guys :)

More about clock interrupt received secondary processor
  1. Forgot to add she says the bios is taking 10-15 seconds longer to start up now than it was originally.
