PSU wattage concern. Please help.

How much PSU wattage do we need for this build: This is a budget PC for one of my friends, within 40000 Indian rupees.

AMD 2.8 GHz AM3 Phenom II 1055T Processor - 8000

ASUS M4A88T-M Motherboard - 4800

Transcend DDR3-1333 DDR3 4 GB PC RAM (JM1333KLN-4G) - 2 pieces = 8GB = 2500

Seagate Internal 1TB HDD - 5000

LG/HP DVD RW 20X - 1000

Coolermaster Elite 310 Cabinet - 1900

23200

ZOTAC nvidia GEFORCE GTX 460 2GB AMP Edition.

Thank you in advance.

It looks like you need a 750w PSU... My idea is, switch brands.

Intel for CPU (65 Watt max TDP, not 140 Watt)
AMD for GPU (117-130 Watt max TDP, not 174 Watt - With NVidia.)

Are you kidding? I'd be amazed if he went over 500W with that setup. Running it through the same calculator, I got a max of 389W.
  4. yeah I've got to agree 500w psu would be fine
