Need help with budget gaming build.

Hey guy, I'm a noob and need some expert help on a budget gaming build. Just really want to play WoW/D3 on med-high settings with high fps. That's all for now and maybe when I get a little bit more money I will upgrade but that would be far in the future. Here are my specs so far:

I need to some how get this price cheaper. Any parts I can downgrade and still get the prefermance I want? I don't live anywhere near a microcenter BTW.
I don't want to make this build cost any more but I am accepting any advice or suggestions.
