Problem installing pny nvidia 8400 gs

got the newest drivers from nvidia site since my cd broke its going on a fresh install of windows 7 and if i run driver sweeper and ccleaner in safe mode to rid myself of all previous nvidia drivers and try to install in safe mode it will install all the way through but when rebooted i get a code 43 from device manager and i cannot figure it out i have the newest drivers and all any ideas ?

i have solved this problem i removed a stick of memory to make 5gb instead of 6gb and it worked flawlessly why i dont know but im glad
