Hello,
I Have a IBM x346 Server I wanted to change the Processor in it with a Intel Xeon L7345 Tigerton 1.86GHz it's no faster then the one it came with but it has VT-x. The Problem is that when i start the server the fan run for 10sec then it stop no beep, no display led error nothing.

Can someone help me plz Thanks

Did you take out anything else like the RAM or remove any power or data connectors. If nothing else was changed or removed than I would say that your motherboard doesn't support that CPU.

Does the x346 have the vt option in the bios to enable vt anyways?
I don't believe so, so you might be wasting your time and resources.
