Recomended PSU Wattage

How many watts do I need for my power supply? Do you need to know what computer I want to build? Please help I don't want to spend extra money on a large PSU if I don't need to.

    4 x 120mm fans for radiator, 1 x 230mm fan for front , 1 x 140mm fan for back. Bitfenix Fans
    Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
    Memory: Corsair Dominator Platinum 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
    Storage: Samsung 830 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

  4. Great I was thinking the i53570k and the EVGA 660. Is this power supply GOOD? Corsair AX650W as in quality.
