Recomended PSU Wattage

How many watts do I need for my power supply? Do you need to know what computer I want to build? Please help I don't want to spend extra money on a large PSU if I don't need to.

Great I was thinking the i53570k and the EVGA 660. Is this power supply GOOD? Corsair AX650W as in quality.
