Im tired of my Radeon 4350 and my *** Core 2 Duo, so i decided to upgrade to a whole new computer

What is the best Video Card for BF3
i want at least 80 FPS on Ultra

What resolution are you playing on? If 1080p you probably dont need the best gpu on the market. I 300 one will do.

BF3 is really good looking game so yeah 1080p

You can get a GTX 580 for $350 now on newegg. That should run it around 60 fps on ultra with AA turned on. A 7870 will also give you good performance.

I would say that needing 80 fps in ultra is excessive, tour eyes cant notice 60+ fps, but i would recommend the GTX 580 because it can run it like you want and its a really nice gpu, i prefer nvidia because they have better support and drivers that they constantly update for new games and other things, also the 580's price should drop even more as more of kepler is released

well the OP stated 80FPS and i think that only leaves the two big boys from both the red and green camp. (excluding a multi gfx card set up)

but is 60 good enough?

and it probably wont get you that 80 fps but you honestly wont notice it your eyes cant tell the difference

you know i understand that point. however my monitor can refresh @ 75Hz, so wouldn't it make a difference then?

With a single card ? .... Not on this planet ... 57 fps is best w/ a single 680 ....about 20% down we have the 7970 w/ 46 fps.

101 fps can be done w/ 2 cards

because i also do FRAPS gameplays and such, which will reduce my FPS

Best dual cards? If money isnt an issue grab 2 GTX 680s but have fun trying to get your hands on them right now.

I would say 2x GTX 560 ti's(448 core or normal, your choice) or 2x GTX 570's, if your going for dual cards

i have a 21.5" dell, it wasn't BF3 but BF2BC at 1080 or it could have been crysis2 or rage . . .it surprised me too.
but i woosed out and set 60Hz.
