Is 620W enough for this rig?

I'm buying a whole new rig, but wondered if I could keep the PSU to save some bucks.

I already have a Corsair HX620W, it's gotta be around 2 years old, maybe a little more.

The set I'm getting is:

I-5 3570
Asus GTX 660 ti CDU II
Corsair Force series 120 GB SSD
Black Caviar 1TB
MSI B75MA-P45, Socket-1155

And ofc a keyboard and mouse.

Some say I need at least 650W, and some 750W, but I've read similar rigs have 600W, so..

I also wondered if there's any point in buying an i-7 instead, if the games to come will support or benefit from HT, but that's maybe another thread..

Yeah I'm pretty green about all this.

I'm buying a cooler master haf 912, but I guess those fans don't require much. Gonna add an extra 200 on the top, or two 120mm

Fans are a few watt's each. No big deal.

You're fine for OC'ing both the CPU and GPU as well.
