Good PC setup?

Alright, so over the last few days, I have been contemplating on what to build my system. Finally, I have come to the verdict.
-Intel i5 3570k 3.4 GHz
-Biostar TZ77XE3
-Radeon HD 6870
-Mushkin Enhanced Chronos Deluxe MX MKNSSDCR120GB SSD
-Ripjaw X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 RAM
-Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W PSU
-Widows 7 Ultimate
-NZXT LEXA S LEXS

-Total Cost: Appox. $1000

Should I get any different components? If so, which ones? All components are being purchased from Newegg.com. I have done heavy research on all products but I am sure the community here at Tom's Hardware will surely know more than what I have found out about these products.

*** I am not getting a monitor, and I am not very much willing to go any higher than this price range.
**CPU, MOBO, GPU, & OS come in combination packages.

What is this build for? Gaming?

Are you OCing (I ask because you have a 'K' Processor)? If you are, you would need an aftermarket cooler as well.

You could build a far better gaming build for $1000.

Why Windows Ulitmate? Home premium is usually fine.

I am going to OC which is why I am going to now downgrade to 8GB of memory w/ an aftermarket cooler. The GPU is part of a combination deal with Windows 7 ultimate. As is the processor & MOBO
