So I just purchased the 3.3ghz six core bulldozer. When I installed it in to my PC my mouse, keyboard, and monitor were no longer connecting properly. Any ideas how to remedy this? I am using a gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 motherboard, and when i reinstall my old cpu the system boots up correctly.

It does have the latest BIOS, however after installing the BIOS my computer says Device Drive Software was not installed correctly. Could this have a bearing on the new CPU?

Check the BIOS version using @bios in the gigabyte folder I believe latest is F12

For my motherboard the latest is f9c which is still in beta and @bios would not let me download it. So I am currently running f8

Yeah my board says it supports the bulldozers, but for some reason it will not correctly recognize my peripherals.
