I suggest upgrading to a GTX 670, and replacing the Amd CPU with an i5-3570k/2500k. With the switch to intel, change the mobo to an ASUS P8277-V Pro, or a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UDH5 if you want to go a little cheaper.

Also, Can you specify exactly what model of PSU?

I used to look for AMD too, then I realized the FX series is a failure.

Around the price of the 4170, the i3-2120 would be better.
(I'm also about to order this one)

If you decide to go Intel, take a look at the Asrock B75 PRO3-M Board, supports future processors and is crossfireX positive. Also, pretty cheap.

I'm actually surprised that the GTX 670 consumes less power than the AMD part, go with the cheaper one. (Probably AMD by 30-40%)
