Would Asus P5KPL-CM support 2.1 graphics card..?

Hi,

I have a Asus P5KPL-CM motherboard with PCIE 1.0 and want to know if AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6670 with PCIE 2.1 would work fine ...??

I am not sure if the motherboard is still supported by ASUS. The last BIOS update was released in 2010.

I want to make 100% sure that this card would work fine with the m/b. Can somebody help me..

At least there is a BIOS update after the issue got known.
