What is considered an " New build"

Hey guys! I wa ondering what you consider a new build.technicallyy. ivd only 1 build but ive upgraed each part. atleast 2 times

i consider a new build at least enough new parts for the old one to still work.
stealing a burner, i/o, or even half the memory from the old system; still counts as a new build to me. well... if the memory is new enough. it does need to be somewhat modern parts. buying a bunch of old 586 parts wont count as a "new build" to me.
