When troubleshooting for why my internet is not connected, it says that function

Hello,
when troubleshooting for why my internet is not connecting, the prompt says that function has been disabled and to use the front of the computer or the keyboard commands to enable internet connection?

There is nothing on my keyboard (like the sound on/off button) that shows internet connection enabled or disabled.
Can someone please tell me what the keyboard commands are?

on my laptop there is a network on off switch that is on the edge of the front of the laptop. it is next to the headphone jacks that are there. have you looked there?
