Ok so I have recently acquired quite a few old PC parts from relatives and am thinking of building a PC out of them while ordering a couple of parts:

-DELL Inspiron 530s Mini-ITX mobo.

-Pentium 4 CPU: 2.5 GHZ x 2, 2 MB L2 cache

-HD 7750 GPU

-4 GB of 1333 RAM

Could this run modern games decently?
Would the GPU be bottle-necked by the CPU?
Will this mobo allow me to install windows 7 on it with a standard OEM disk?

Thanks!

Idk. I watched a youtube video of a guy playing BF3 on medium in 1080p with a 7750. Now I understand the CPU is dated, but it is above the minimum settings for BF3. Based on benchmarks of the 7750 on this website, I think it could pull of Medium in 720p at least...

Not trying to deny your claim. I just have info that points to the contrary...

Really? I think the 7750 looks promising. Sure its drivers sound bad for now, but it is new. Also it has some serious power for how little it consumes...
