ATX v2.2 over v2.3

Does it matter if I get v2.2 over v2.3 ?
The above site is one of the best shopping sites in India and this website doesn't have v2.3.

Also is s12ii series better than the ss series ?
s12ii is costlier than ss but spec-wise ss gives more current over +12v rail

Nope 2.2 will be just fine, 2.3 means it has fewextra bells and whistle from the standard governing body. Both should fine, unless you plan to overclock and have lots of video cards, then a stronger rail would be of benefit.

you would be wiser to get the newer one (2.3), which has better efficiency overall, but it's not mandatory, of course

So these version are kind of stamps which show that the power supply is 80% efficient , right ?
