yes, it is a bit better but not worth it. you could support sli 7870s with your current PSU, so there is no reason to spend the extra money on that PSU. it would not benefit you in any way besides it being slightly more efficient. i wouldn't buy it.

if you are willing to spend another 100 or so dollars i'd just buy a better GPU like this one http://ncix.com/products/?sku=70088&vpn=R7950%20Twin%20Frozr%203GD5%2FOC&manufacture=MSI%2FMicroStar&promoid=1382 it's MSI too, so it's a better company. they overclock really well.

Thanks guys, good to know I have a good PSU. I was mostly asking because I wanted it for my other system, but it might be better to only buy it when I need it. I was just thinking because the price is so good being a $200+ PSU.
