Graphics Card Help

I am a newcomer here.
I have a Dell Inspiron 545shttp://www.dell.com/us/dfh/p/inspiron-545s/pd with a Core 2 Duo E7500 processor and 3 GB RAM. I wanted to upgrade my system with a Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5670 1 GB GDDR5 (Low Profile). Would it run on my computer without upgrading the power supply?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to let me know what the power supply is thqat is in your computer. I have tried looking it up and just can't find any info as to what the watts are and what the anps are on the +12v rails.
The video card that you want to put in for an upgrade needs a 400w power supply to be in your computer. You can get away with a smaller power supply but it would depend on what it actually is. The url that you provided does not give any information on what the power supply is.

Nowhere can I find the PSU listed but if it is only 220-250watt it would be struggling with a HD5670, then a HD6570 would be a better option.
