You broke a pin on your cpu? Let me guess, you didn't line it up correctly before inserting it. Sorry, no fix for a broken pin, you need a new cpu.

I have heard of peple soldering pins abck on and the cpu works ok, but you need a steady hand, powerful magnifying glass and very small solder point.

Yeah, that CPU is practically toast. Better start looking for a replacement.
