i will use

Case: NZXT Phantom Red
Procie:AMD A series 3870k - x4 socket Fm1
Mobo: F1A75-V PRO
cooling: dunno
GPU: Sapphire HD 7970 OC edition
memory : corsair Vengeance 2x 4 GB 15000
hdd: caviar black 640 gb
psu : corsair AX850

what is the best cooler for this build
