Quick Catalyst Question

So in Catalyst, everywhere I look everybody has a max of +20% on the power control, so why does mine go up to 50%..?

Catalyst 12.3, but had it in 12.2.

Anybody got an answer? Just wondering, don't really want to turn it up that high anyways.
