More about time builder advice gaming components
  1. When I built my computer I purchased a bigger PSU than I needed. It came in handy when I upgraded to dual GPU's.

    Just something to think about.
  2. I don't intend to purchase dual GPU's anytime soon, but what PSU would you recommend? Also, is the rest of my setup viable?
  3. Drop the Phenom for an i3 or i5. :)
  4. I have the cool master 1000. I love it. no problems at all. it is expensive but worth it.

some people say get intel. I am currently rockin the AMD and am happy but depending on the charts i might change to intel my next build. This will be 2-4 years out though.

Indeed. I am not saying he won't be happy with an AMD (a buddy of mine is happy with his AMD Build), but I am just saying that the Intel CPUs currently edge out AMD in benchmarks, and are a good value for the money.
