CPU at 45-55c at start up idle

I just got a whole new computer so nothing is dusty or broken(Not from the looks of it). I've had the computer on for a total 2days like 3-5hours at a time.

Should I reapply the paste and see if it helps or you recon that is just find.

Specs:
CASE: 650d obsidian
MOBO: rog extreme rampage
PSU: ax1200
GPU: gigabyte HD 7970 3gb
RAM: Gskills 4x8gb
COOLER: h100 with 2 fans intake cold air into radiator
CPU: Intel Core i7 3930k lga2011

You want it to out take, have the fans push upwards.

Stock HSF on the processor? Those temps are fine. Don't worry about it unless it's up over 60 or 70 degrees.
