and the game require :256 MB Video Card with support for Pixel Shader 3 0*
is there anyway the fix it

Pixel Shader 3.0 is a hardware requirement.

The only way to "fix it" is to install a video card that supports Pixel Shader 3.0. Current cards support PS 5.0.

Wow, Pixel Shader 3.0 came out in about 2004, so I am not sure if you could even find a video card that would work in that old of a system. What are the specs of your entire system anyway?
