CPU intel celeron 2.00 GHz, 512MB RAM, Nvidia Riva TNT2 model 64
Can this be upgraded, cause i can't run anything at all on it, i tried a game, it just idk, lags i think the reason is the display card.

Video card, not display card. And it's one of many reasons you can't run games on your computer, the other reasons being the rest of the computer.

I'm sorry, but you just can't play modern games on a ten year old computer. Why would you expect it to be able to?

As far as upgrading it, no, you can't. Your computer is so incredibly old that you'd need to replace literally everything.

The nVidia Riva TNT2 came out in 1999 and your Celeron is probably equally as old or even older.

You should try playing old games like StarLancer, Freelancer, GTA 3, GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, Half-Life 1 and The Sims 1. Since they are old game they should not cost too much money.
