my motherboard is ASUS p5kpl-AM/PS intel G31, 1600(o.c), ddr2 1066(o.c), PCI EXPRESS *16 PROCESSOR : pentium(R)dual core cpu, E5300 @2.60GHZ., SYSTEM TYPE: 32-bit operating system ram- 1+2gb ddr2... and my psu is 230w.. if needed i wil upgrate my psu.
so i want to buy graphics card.. wil hd 6670 wil work??? , if not then what about gt 440.. plz suggest

Your motherboard has got a PCIe X 16 1.0 slot. Also, PCIe 2.1 cards might be having some issues with PCIe 1.0 motherboards.
BIOS update may fix the issue. Also, the card may not perform at it's peak, due to the limiting bandwidth.
The GT440 is a little slower than the HD 6670.
And yes, you'll need to upgrade your PSU to a a good 400W PSU. Preferably from Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, XFX etc.
Go for those, and don't buy generic PSUs, like from iBall, Intex, Frontech etc.

You need 18A on the +12V rail for a 6670, if you have below 18A, Upgrade your PSU if you want 6670.
