Need Advice On My Projected Budget Gaming Build.. PSU?

Hello everyone, I'm about to buy/build the following budget gaming system and I'm not sure about the PSU I should be looking at.. ANY help and advice would be great, even if its on something other than the PSU.

**I'm trying to keep the PSU under ~$80USD. I do not plan on doing crossfire at all, as this budget build is just to last me a few years until I can save up for a nice more perm/upgradable rig..

I would choose that Rosewill PSU over the Raidmax PSU any day of the week. It gets a good 9/10 jonnyguru rating, which is considered the best PSU reviewer on the internet. Do you plan to OC or CF/SLI?

The first psu listed is within your budget and a good power supply , the second one is a little over the budget but is the top of the line and has great reliability and qyality.

If I OC it would be to no higher than 4.0, I do not plan on Crossfire..
