Is Silencer MK III 400W enough for a HD6950?

Hi all:

Thank you for viewing. I just finished my build today (Not really), but I ran into a problem. First of all, I bought a PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III 400W for my PSU, which was like 30 dollars after MIR. But the thing is it only came with 1 PCI-e cable, but my 6950 requires two of them. So where do I get another one? I'm planning on contacting the manufacturer tomorrow to request one but I would like to know if I have any alternatives just in case. I know that I can use a molex to pci-e converter, but that defeats the purpose of having a modular PSU.
Also, even though I calculated the estimated power consumption on the extreme PSU calculator, which recommended me a 349W PSU after inputting all my hardware (see below), but I was told and checked some other 6950 PSU requirement that it needs at least a 500W PSU. Can anyone tell me whether I'll have enough power or I should get a 500/600W PSU instead? Thanks in advance!

James
