Thanks for the help folks. I ordered everything on newegg on Monday, and it arrived today... Just finished putting it all together and installing drivers, and did a 1 hour stress test with Prime95. Everything seems to be in working order!

Case - Antec 300
PSU - CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 V2 600W
Motherboard - ASRock Z77 Pro4-M LGA 1155 Intel
CPU - Intel Core i5-3450 Ivy Bridge
Memory - G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM
GPU - EVGA 02G-P4-2678-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW
Some of the folks on this forum had a big influence on this selection - I paid just under $1100 for everything (including shipping, tax, and a HDD and DVD drive that I didn't list here) and I couldn't be happier with the results.
