OK, last question before I order (I hope). If the Sandy Bridge-E processors don't support USB 3.0, is there any reason to have a case which has integral 3.0 ports? If I get a usb3.0 card is there anyway to make those ports active?
As far as I'm aware, USB3 support comes down to the motherboard chipset, not the processor. Check the motherboard your getting if it has USB3 internal headers.
Ahhhh, I understand now. The SB-E doesn't support USB, meaning you can't boot from USB (if I understand another thread). But I checked the mobo, and it does support. Thanks!
