Hi!

I was wondering with todays graphics cards, which one should i get as an upgrade that will match my system (little bottlenecking)

I'm looking to get a good quality mid range card (either AMD 6850/6870 or Nvidia GTX 560 Ti/non Ti) or the best low end card (AMD 5770/6770/7770 or Nvidia 550 Ti / 650???)

or any suggestions would be welcome

My Rig:

CPU: PDC E2160 OC'd to 3.00GHZ (333 FSB)
Mobo: asus P5Q (p45)
GFX: Palit GTS 250 512 mb e-green edition (Don't laugh... I got this when I didn't know anything about video cards and Tom's LOL)
2x2 GB kingston value ram 667 mhz 4-4-4-12
2x512MB geil hyper ram 667 mhz 4-4-4-12
1x320GB seagate barracuda
2x1TB samsung spinpoint F3
astone enforcer case w/ 600w PSU (astone psu also)
23" LG E2381VR (1920x1080)

Windows 7 64bit ultimate sp1 with updates

video card driver: forceware 295.73 64bit

Note:
I have good frame rates with most new games at 1920x1080 resolution
COD MW3 - max setting w/ AA maxed out 40-60 fps (don't know if it goes over 60 since i have vsync on, no use making the card work hard if my eyes don't notice it)
SF Arcade Edition - max setting and AA maxed 90-130fps using the built in benchmark
Batman Arkham City - high preset, no AA - 30-60fps using the built in benchmark (vsync on so it probably goes over 60fps)
Need for Speed The Run - medium preset 30-50fps
Rage - max settings no AA 40-55fps
Lost Planet 2 - medium setting no AA 25-60 fps using the built in benchmark (vsync on so it probably goes over 60fps)
BF 3 - medium preset but have to set shadows to low coz medium shadows crashes my system within an hour of gameplay (don't know why, maybe the card cant handle frostbite 2's shadow rendering or something, also after updating to the 295.73 the audio loops at cutscenes weird if you ask me)

Thanks in advance for all your advice,
