is this ok???? will i be able to play latest and high end game with this specs. and planning to use a 24 inch led tv as a monitor. will that be ok if ever can i overclock this parts?. sorry not really familiar with computer parts.

Yes, that build should do you fine.
Don't expect it to max out ever game out there, but it is still a very good GPU, and will max out a fair few. Although, if it is within your budget, you may want to go for a more 'current' card, as the 6870 I'd getting on a bit now.
