If you shop around and check out SCAN's Today Only deals you might be able to get closer to the £500 mark but ultimately there's not much you can "trim" from the above build in order to keep your desired components.

RAM could be cut to 4GB rather than 8GB, Gigabyte do a slightly cheaper Z77 motherboard @ £71, you could get a slightly cheaper HDD, maybe a 320GB one or something.
