Help please

Hi there i was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem i am having with my acer 5750g.

The Problem starts when i use the nvidia card Geforce 540m ON HIGH PERFORMANCE MODE, instead of using the intergrated card. When i do use the nvidia card 10 minutes in the laptop shuts down and i have to restart. Now im trying to find information how to stop it getting so hot without opening a laptop up as i have no info on how and have a disability, so im wondering if anyone has any ways to stop it overheating so much that it turns off as it is a bit of a annoyance

Buy some compressed air and blow the dust out of your laptop, it might be getting dusty, also buy a laptop cooler, such as this one for example: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1013_539&products_id=15289
