ZALMAN CNPS7X CPU Cooler & Rosewill Blackhawk case

I am looking at the Rosewill Blackhawk mid-tower for my build:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147107

With this case, the 'common' CPU coolers (Hyper 212 EVO or Noctua D14) will not fit w/o hitting the side panel fan. Nobody seems to mention just how much shorter it needs to be to fit (both are 158mm height).
I am also understanding that Ivy Bridge (planning to run i5-3570K) runs hot.
I do not plan to overclock at first, but would like to once I get more familiar (this is my first build).

So...Is the Zalman CNPS7X CPU cooler short enough to fit (and worth the effort)?

Does any body have any experience with the Rosewill Blackhawk case or the Zalman cooler (or hopefully both ... :)  )

Thanks!

Get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... it should fit and it's much better than your pick
