Help With My Build

I'm on a $600 budget but want to build a good, gaming computer, help? Undecided whether or not I want to overclock. Also need a good monitor for under $200 (Not including monitor in budget)

its 700 dollars if i include the OS. rather you spend more money on the computer than on the monitor. this will play most games at high settings
