no point of 1366. get ivy bridge i5 3570k
asrock extreme4 or gigabyte z77x-ud3h motherboard
mushkin blackline 8gb 1600mhz
antec 302 is cheaper by a lot
xfx 650w psu is better
radeon 7850 or 6870
hard drive is ok
the rest is ok

why are you building such a outdated system?
