Shuttle SB65G2 best AGP graphics card possible?

Yes the machine is an absolute relic but could I install a SAPPHIRE HD 3650 512MB DDR2 AGP in it? Or does someone have something more recommendable?

The Spec is

P4 3.0 HT
2GB RAM (3200 DDR)
SSD 30GB Flash
SATA 120GB

The biggest concern I have is it only has a 250Watt power supply :/

Mm, that PSU is going to severely limit your choices. Are you in America or the UK? A decent 500Watt PSU can be obtained for around £30-£50.
