Hey guys, I have been working on this build for quite some time now and researching it a lot. I think I have basically finalized my build. But am still open to suggestions/comparability issues. I am also looking for any parts you can find cheaper then what I have. I've mainly looked at newegg, amazon, microcenter.

Approximate Purchase Date: Would like to start ordering as soon as possible. Need to have all the parts by the 18th

Budget Range: ~$1500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Engineering/programming software, Android emulators, internet surfing, ect

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg, or whatever is cheapest

Country: USA

Parts Preferences: NVIDA/Intel

Overclocking: Yes (4-4.2Ghz)

SLI or Crossfire: maybe in the future

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I would like it to be as quiet as possible, but still cool and efficient, basically like everyone.

Get the V2 of the TX750 and it will be better than the PC Power and Cooling one. Everything else is rock solid! Don't let anyone turn you away from 256GB SSD. :)

Since you have $12 to spare, why not another 120mm fan to go on the other side of the EVO? Might as well have two fans going at medium pace than one at full. The mobo has two CPU fan headers so no problem there.

Your GPU is out of stock, just to let you know. Its also at stock speeds, may want to bump them up.

Cant think of anything else, pretty damn good rig.

I personally think that storage solution is a bit overkill but that's just me. Otherwise everything else looks good.

Do you think the extra fan would be needed? or just overkill? or would help it stay a little quieter?

Boulbox is right. Get the Extreme4 at MC for $50 off. Use the $50 on maybe more storage? Or if you want even cooler temps, upgrade the CPU Cooler to a Scythe Mugen.

The fan I linked to is listed at 19 Decibels, which is essentially silent. And with two fans they wont need to work as hard so the RPM wont go up too high, I suppose better cooling as well since two fans vs one. If its too loud or something just don't use it, its only $10.

i heard there was a really good combo for the i5 3570K and the Extreme4 on microcenter, but I can't seem to find it. Maybe thats how you get it for $90?

That is for any Z77 board purchased with an i5 3570k. It must have expired. :(

Also, a better cooler is better to get than push pull as that will help temps out a lot more.

Thanks, thats exactly what I was looking for. I don't think I can find a better deal for those.

Do you have any other suggestions for parts/changes or any better deals?

I just ordered the CPU/MOBO from microcenter. So just need to group up the rest to save some money I think. Any suggestions on whats best to group? Or just whatever you can really?

If the Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce doesn't come back in stock in time, would you suggest the OC EVGA as the next best option?

Hey guys just finished building my first computer. Thought I would share a couple pictures. Everything runs great and is lighting quick. Only 1 issue I've found so far, when playing Diablo 3, whenever a video or schematic plays, it's really really choppy. Would anyone have any ideas on that?

But still trying to figure out how to put up a picture on here. lol

Also I was wondering where I should set my temps at for my CPU. Only because the 212 EVO is really loud. when it's 100% it keeps the CPU at 28C at idle. I can set a range to keep it between. Right now set it for 32-35C.

Thanks, I'll keep it around there then. Also, for my drivers for my Motherboard, I just downloaded them all off the CD. Are there any important ones which I should update? Here's the link for my drivers. Not really sure what most of them do.

for monitors you can go with the average 60Hz refresh rate around $100-$150

if you want to go past that just find a monitor with 120Hz for better pictures
