How well will my computer run Skyrim

I am currently thinking about purchasing Skyrim for PC and was wondering if my computer would be able to play the game at constant 60 fps on Ultra. My system specs are as follows.

AMD FX-6100 Six-Core Processor 3.4 ghz
16gb of RAM ddr3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
700w PSU

I think you can pull that off at x4AA and x16AF, may have to turn shadows down a notch.
