Gaming PC Build 510$ Budget

Hi guys.A friend asked me to build a PC for him with a budget of 820 BGN (Bulgarian Levs) which is equal to 517 USD or 420 EURO.

Approximate Purchase Date: the closer the better

Budget Range: 820 BGN

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming

Parts Not Required: he only needs a PC

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any website is good as long as it can ship the PC to bulgaria.

Country: Bulgaria

Parts Preferences: None

Overclocking: Not any time soon

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024 now, 1920x1080 after two months

Additional Comments: The PC isnt going to recieve any upgrades for years.It must be as future proof as possible.

Do you guys have any suggestions about what i can improve in this build without increasing the cost?

if it's only for gaming, you don't need more than 4GB of RAM
change the RAM to 4GB kit and you'll save some money to upgrade the other parts or future upgrade :)
