Building a new system. Need help reviewing parts.

Hi guys.

My friend is building a computer thats $800 under, and the grand total came out to be 780.

these are the parts i've chosen. I think they are good but i still can't decide on the graphics card.

It seems like theres other cards that perform better in this range.

I would love to get help choosing the card.

Didn't mention that he is gonna be using this computer for gaming. It's a bit of a tight budget but yeah. The website is newegg.
