Im looking to play Tera Online and Mess around with photoshop.

i just found a UK hardware site at random,coz i am in australia,im sure if you shop around you will find better prices,and i also tried to choose quality components,you could also get a 650watt psu and it shall do the job just fine,this selection has exceeded your budget,but keep in mind you can buy a cheaper case and psu if you so choose,it looks like tera online is quite intense graphics,so this may be a good option so you can get a better video card
